分流条件下不锈钢交流点焊电流波形的频谱特征与熔核直径的关系

摘    要:通过对分流条件下不锈钢点焊焊接电流波形进行快速傅立叶变换(FFT),获得了焊接电流波形的幅频图,并将熔核直径与对应的幅频进行了对比分析,发现了一次及三次电流谐波幅值与熔核直径成线性反比关系.利用这一规律,可方便地实现点焊熔核直径的实时无损检测.

Abstract:By Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) of the spot welding current waveform of stainless steel under the condition of shunt, the amplitude-frequency chart of welding current waveform is obtained. And by analyzing the correlation of nugget diameter-to-corresponding amplitude-frequency, it is found that the current amplitude values of the first harmonic and the third harmonic are inversely proportional to the nugget diameter linearly. By utilizing this regularity, the real-time nondestructive test of nugget diameter in spot welding can be realized conveniently.
