摘    要:精密导电滑环是一种广泛应用于惯导平台、控制力矩陀螺、工业控制、视频监控、转台等的关键部件,实现功率、信号电流在两个相对旋转部件间传递.本文介绍了精密导电滑环的分类、结构及技术特点,详细论述了导电滑环的各项主要技术指标及其影响因素,重点分析了导电滑环的摩擦副接触材料、电刷成型、灌封胶工艺、导电杆加工、指标测试等关键技术及解决途径,展望了精密导电滑环的应用前景和发展趋势.

Abstract:The precision conductive slip-ring is a kind of key part, which is widely used in the inertial navigation platform, conductive moment gyro, industrial control, video monitoring and turntable. The main function is to pass power and current signals from the static components to the rotating parts. The article mainly introduces the classification, structure and technology characteristics of the precision conductive slip-ring, details the main technology parameters and its influence factors, focuses on discussing and analyzing key technologies and solutions, which include friction pair contact materials, brush forming, filling and sealing glue craft, conductive rod processing and the core index tests, and provides the application prospects and development trend of the precision conductive slip-ring.
