摘    要:为了解决火箭橇刹车系统工作时的非稳态特性在流场分析中难以采用相对 运动理论及迎风阻力的算法问题,采用Fluent 动网格技术对缆绳水刹车以及戽斗水刹车 进行了非稳态工况仿真计算研究,得到了缆绳水刹车的刹车力特性曲线以及戽斗水刹车 的刹车力随时间变化曲线,缆绳刹车仿真结果与理论解析结果进行了对比吻合较好。戽 斗水刹车进行了仿真和试验值对比, 结果表明水戽斗在750m/s 速度下仿实误差为 3.92%,在590m/s 时仿实误差为6.01%,该计算为火箭橇刹车工程设计提供了算法参考。

Abstract:It is difficult to apply relative flow theory and windward force algorithm for rocket sled water braking device because of its unsteady-state characteristic. Theoretical basis about fluent dynamic mesh on rocket sled water braking device is introduced in this paper, unsteady-state calculations on steel rope braking device and bucket water braking device are both performed. Simulation parameters of braking distance and curve of braking force along with time are got, which agrees well with experimental results or theoretical calculation. The results of test and simulation are compared in bucket water braking device test, the error is 3.92% when the velocity is 750 m/s, and 6.01% when the velocity is 590 m/s. This method provides an algorithm reference for braking device design.
