三轴气浮陀螺稳定平台电子模拟器设计

摘    要:介绍了一种三轴气浮陀螺稳定平台地面测试用电子模拟器的设计方法。针对气浮平台地面测试的应用特点进行数学建模,采用以单片机为核心进行模拟器综合设计,解决了气浮平台地面测试过程中各种输出信号的实时模拟问题。实际应用表明:这种电子模拟器具有使用方便、稳定性好、寿命长的特点,能够代替气浮平台参与系统综合测试,不仅减少了平台使用寿命的消耗,而且显著降低了系统测试过程中故障复现与排除试验的风险。

Abstract:he paper introduces a kind of method of designing electronic simulator for three-axis air-bearing of gyro-stabilized platform ground testing. According to the application features of the floating platform ground testing, carried out mathematics to build models, used the microcontroller as the core to make integrated simulator design, solved the real-time simulations of a variety of output signals in the ground test process of floating platform. Practical application showed that this kind of electronic simulators are easy to use, have good stability, long life characteristics, to replace floating platform to participate in comprehensive system testing, can not only to reduce the consumption of the service life of platform, and reduce the risk of system fault recurrence and excluding tests in the testing process significantly.
