摘    要:在无人机目标定位系统中,任务载荷光电稳定平台所承载的光电器件光轴平行性是决定定位精度的重要因素,需要经常检查和调整。阐述了一种机载光电稳定平台中光电器件光轴平行度快速调校和检测系统。介绍了该系统中两个光电器件光轴平行的装调检测原理及调校过程,提出了两种外场光轴平行度的快速检测方法,并比较了这两种方法的优缺点。所述方法经过工程实践证明可以很好地满足系统对光轴平行度的装调检测要求,具有实际的工程意义,有助于缩短调校检测时间和降低成本。

Abstract:In UAV target positioning system, optical axis parallelism is an important parameter. It must be checked and adjusted to the accurate status regularly. A fast alignment and test system of optical axis parallelism used for airborne opto-electric stabilized platform is introduced in this paper. It describes the principle and the process of the two optical axis parallelism alignment in the system. Besides, two fast test methods of optical axis parallelism for field are introduced, and their relative merits described and compared. The methods are proved to well meet the optical axis parallelism test requirements through engineering practice. Their application is of practical engineering significance, is useful for the shortening of alignment time and cost reduction.
