薄壁碗状壳渐进成型技术的应用

摘    要:薄壁零件如汽车覆盖件、机翼、导弹壳体、燃料储箱等在汽车、航空、航天、船舶、家电、机械等行业有着广泛的应用。本文通过对某产品薄壁纯铝碗状壳渐进成型制造工艺的综合分析,阐述了在薄壁回转体零件的加工中,如何通过选择不同的制造工艺,采用“分层制造”思想,将复杂的三维数字模型沿高度方向分解成一系列等高线层,从而实现对产品的渐进塑性成型加工,希望此文对同类型的产品的制造有所借鉴。

Abstract:Thin-walled parts as the automobile overlays the piece, plane wing, the guided missile hull body...etc. at automobile, aviation, aerospace, ships, appliance, mechanical etc. fields have the extensive application. This text through the comprehensive analysis of the thin-walled bowl pure aluminum shell created by incremental forming, elaborating in thin-wall revolving body parts processing how to make choices to process the craft differently. By adopting the idea of layered manufacturing ,the complex three dimensional digital model along the height direction is decomposed into a series of contours ,so that can realize the incremental forming of products. Hope to make contribution to the article to manufacture products of same type.
