基于PCI-7354的三轴转台控制系统设计

摘    要:三轴转台是测试惯性元件的关键设备之一。随着航天、航空工业的发展,对惯性元件的精度要求不断提高,同时也对测试转台的性能指标要求越来越高。本文以三轴转台伺服系统为研究对象,确定了基于PCI-7354运动控制卡和直流伺服电机的控制方案,应用PCI-7354运动控制卡的伺服控制,通过系统调试完成了转台控制系统的设计。试验结果表明,该转台控制系统具有精度高、稳定性好、开发周期短等特点,可以满足实际应用的需要。

Abstract:Three-axis turntable is one of the key devices to test the inertia component. With the development of the aerospace and aviation industry, it is required to improve the precision of inertia component; accordingly, the performance index of the test turntable must be higher and higher. The paper confirmed the control scheme on the basis of PCI-7354 motion control card and DC servo electromotor. The turntable control system was designed by using the servo control based on the PIC-7354 card. The results proved that the turntable control system had the characteristics of high precision, good stability and short exploitation periods.
