摘    要:金属振动陀螺是一种低成本、 轻小型的新型固体波动陀螺,在战术级应用领域具有广大的应用前景.金属振动陀螺谐振子的频率分裂直接反映陀螺的性能指标,频率分裂可以通过机械调平的方式进行修正.对金属振动陀螺的调平方法进行了梳理和比较,提出了质量修正、刚度修正2种调平思路和增加、 去除材料等5种修正方法.通过对各种调平修正方法的比较,选择激光去重法对谐振子顶面进行质量调平修正,并进行实验验证.实验结果表明,该方法修正后,在保持品质因数基本不变的情况下,谐振子的频率分裂由5.3Hz降低到0.9Hz,陀螺的零偏稳定性由55(°)/h降低到6(°)/h,性能指标提高了1个数量级.

Abstract:The metallic vibratory gyroscope (MVG) is a novelsolid-state wave gyroscope with low-cost and small-size, which has large application prospect in the field of tactical weapons. The frequency split of the MVG resonator reflects the characteristics of the gyroscope directly, which could be adjusted by the mechanical balancing method. In this paper, the balancing methods of the MVG were concluded and compared. Two balancing ideas, including mass adjust and stiffness ad-just, and five adjust methods, including adding and wiping materials and etc. , are proposed. Based on the comparison of the different balancing methods, the top-side de-weight method by laser is chosen to conduct an experiment. It was shown that, with the Q factor of the resonator remaining constant, the frequency split decreases from 5. 3Hz to 0. 9Hz, and the bi-as stability decrease from 55(° )/h to 6(° )/h by the test results. The performance index improves an order of magnitude by this method.
