摘    要:石英玻璃是高精度挠性加速度计、半球谐振陀螺的核心材料。随着我国在航天、航空、航海等多领域中所取得的技术进步,高精度惯性导航系统对石英玻璃的性能提出了越来越高的要求,但目前行业缺乏针对性的技术标准、性能指标体系。系统介绍了各类石英玻璃的制备工艺及特点,并针对石英玻璃在惯性导航系统中的具体应用,详细介绍了石英玻璃的相关性能指标及加工方式,为石英玻璃的材料选择提供了参考。

Abstract:Silica glass is the key material of high accuracy flexure accelerometer and hemispheric resonant gyroscope. The demand of Silica glass becomes higher with the development of aerospace, aviation, voyage and other fields. But the systems of national standard and performance criteria of Silica glass in this field are absence. In this paper, manufacturing technology and characteristics of all kinds of Silica glass are introduced systematically, and the related performance indexes and processing methods of Silica glass are introduced in detail for concrete application in inertial navigation system, which provides a reference for the material selection of Silica glass.
