基于Maxwell 3D的短路匝传感器稳态涡流场分析

摘    要:针对短路匝传感器的不同工作状态,建立了Maxwell 3D工作环境中的三维有限元分析模型,得出了传感器工作磁场、转子涡流的分布情况以及相应的输出电压动态特性曲线。通过对比发现,Maxwell有限元计算结果与测试结果较吻合,该方法可用于指导短路匝传感器的设计。

Abstract:A 3D accurate electromagnetic model of shorted-turn signal generator was established with finite element method. The eddy current of the rotor, work magnetic field and the output voltage of shorted-turn signal generator were calculated based on the finite element numerical simulation in different cases. Finally, the experimental results were presented, and the results from experiment and finite element analysis were in agreement very well by comparison. The results show that the Maxwell 3D finite element method can be valuable for the design of shorted-turn signal generator.
