基于VC++和CVI的光纤陀螺测斜仪自动化标定与测试系统

摘    要:针对光纤陀螺测斜仪的标定和导航精度测试,设计了一种自动化标定与测试系统.该系统利用高精度转台作为运动控制设备,数据采集盒以FPGA和DSP作为硬件核心,标定软件采用VC++作为开发平台,转台控制软件采用LabWinows/CVI作为开发平台,两个软件之间通过基于以太网的UDP协议进行通信.通过测试表明,该系统有效降低了人为因素引入的标定参数误差,提高了导航精度,并缩短了标定与精度验证的时间.

Abstract:In order to calibrate the parameters and test the navigation accuracy of fiber optical gyroscope (FOG) inclinometer, we designed a system to calibrate and test automatically. The system uses high-accuracy turntable as the device which controls the movement. FPGA and DSP are the core controllers in the data-collecting box. The calibration program uses VC++ as the development platform. The table-controlling program uses LabWinows/CVI as the development platform. UDP is used for communication between the two programs. After tests, the result shows that the system decreases manual errors of the calibration parameters efficiently. We can get a higher precision and shorten the experiment period.
