挠性壁喷管撑杆单位影响曲线相关性研究及其在2m×2m超声速风洞中的应用

摘    要:对挠性壁喷管撑杆单位影响曲线的相关性进行了研究,提出了一种通过已知单位影响曲线计算同一马赫数相邻撑杆及相邻马赫数同一撑杆单位影响曲线的方法,结合实验影响法成功用于2m×2m超声速风洞二元挠性壁喷管的型面优化,有效提升了第一菱形区核心流速度场均匀性,大大提高了调试效率,降低了调试能耗,缩短了调试周期。该方法对类似喷管型面优化具有借鉴意义。

Jack’s unit influence curve association study of the flexible plate nozzle and application in 2m×2m supersonic wind tunnel

Abstract:This paper studied the correlation of jack’s unit influence curves of the flexible plate nozzle,and put forward a method that could calculate the unit influence curves of adjacent jack with same Mach number same jack with adjacent Mach number by given data.And it was successfully applied to the 2Dflexible plate nozzle contours optimum in 2m×2msupersonic wind tunnel with the test influence method,which improved the uniformity of speed field in the first diamond district,raised test efficiency,reduced power consumption,and shortened commissioning period.It could give a reference to the similar nozzle contours correction in the future.
