摘    要:中国空气动力研究与发展中心研制的Φ5m立式风洞直升机垂直升降试验台具有旋翼转速、旋翼轴倾角、旋翼总距、旋翼周期变距等远程实时控制功能,可开展直径2~3m量级旋翼模型的桨尖马赫数相似试验。获得的试验数据表明,试验台性能优良,已经形成了旋翼模型垂直升降试验能力,具备了承担直升机垂直升降性能试验及机理研究的能力。

The development of helicopter vertical flight test rig in Φ5m vertical wind tunnel

Abstract:Helicopter vertical flight test rig was developed in Φ5m vertical wind tunnel of Chi na Aerodynamics Research and Development Center. The helicopter vertical flight test rig has the abilities of remote control on rotation speed, tilt angle, collective pitch and periodic pitch. Blade tip Mach number similarity test can be conducted with rotor model of 2m to 3m diameter. Ac- cording to the test data acquired, the helicopter vertical flight test rig has good ability and per formance of rotor model vertical flight testing. It can be used to conduct helicopter vertical flight performance test and flow mechanism research.
