| 摘 要： | ＂辅导员＂是近年来新出现的一个词语,由它所构建的同义语义场中还有这样几个词：班主任、老师等,它们共同构成＂教师＂的下一级语义场。＂辅导员＂的出现,是社会分工细化的结果,高校辅导员从事学生的思想政治等工作,他区别于专门从事教学活动的老师。哲学家黑格尔曾说过＂存在即合理＂,我们更进一步地认为＂辅导员＂这一角色的存在不但合理,而且具有很高的价值。为此我们将探讨辅导员的价值构建以及如何实现辅导员的价值。

| Abstract: | Student instructor is a new word in recent years.Instructors,teachers in charge,teachers is composited a synonymous semantic field.The instructors appearance is the result of the social labor division.Insructors is a teacher group engaged in student's ideological and political education.Instructors' work is different from the teachers who are engaged in lecturing.Existence justifies its reason.The existence of instructors is not only reasonable but valuable.In this article,we discuss the value construction ... |
