| 摘 要： | 我国收入分配领域存在的问题非常突出,已成为影响社会和谐的主要矛盾之一,为此必须合理调整分配格局。在分析收入差距过大原因的基础之上,鉴于我国目前面临的主要问题,提出一些化解收入分配矛盾、构建社会主义和谐社会的思路及政策建议。
