信息管理与信息系统应用性人才培养模式探讨

在对信息系统、信息管理与信息系统人才社会需求调研的基础之上，指出现有培养模式存在“培养专业方向不明确，广而不专，缺乏实用性”的问题。在分析了信息管理与信息系统人才的社会需求的基本现状的基础上，提出了信息管理人才的三种需求方向，重新定位了信息管理人才的专业方向，并根据社会需求提出了面向社会的应用性人才培养模式。

Research on cultivation pattern of applied talent in major of information management and information system

In this paper,Based on the investigation of the social requirement of talent in the major of information management and information system,it points out the some problems in the cultivation pattern present,such as:major direction is unclear,too extensive and not specialization;lacking of practice.By analyzing the basic condition of the social talent requirement in the major of information management and information system,it concludes that there are three requirement directions for information management talents,it is needed to re-position the information management talent cultivation,and to put forward the cultivate pattern for applied talent aimed at social requirement.
