摘    要:设计了一种新型快速预混合预蒸发模型喷嘴。数值研究了喷嘴的不同内部结构设计对掺混效率、液滴平均蒸发时间、传热传质和总压损失等性能的影响规律。内设环肋和凹槽都有强化喷嘴内的油/气混合和传热传质作用;只增加环肋和凹槽个数不能继续改善喷嘴性能反而增加总压损失;环肋/凹槽组合结构的性能相对较好。这为实现燃烧室的HiTAC预混燃烧方式提供了依据。

Abstract:A new quick premixed pre-evaporation nozzle model is designed.Different nozzle inner structures design and its' effects on performances of the mixing efficiency,average evaporation time of droplet,heat and mass transfer and total pressure loss are CFD numerically analyzed.Ring ribs and grooves may strengthen the effects of oil/air mixing and their mass heat transfer.Only the increase in the number of ring ribs or grooves could not improve mixing effect but would increase the pressure loss on the contrary.Th...
