| 摘 要： | 波形垫圈由于其形状特点形如波浪,厚度薄且具有弹性,因此上料及准确装配到位有一定难度.为此介绍了装配此工件的上料及装配机构的工作原理,并给出了结构设计方案.实际应用表明,所设计的机械结构结构简单,成本低,实用性好.并且该设备调整方便,各运动环节都具有可调节机构,方便维修.

| Abstract: | The form of weave washer is like weave with small thickness and good elasticity,so there are some difficulties in feeding and precision assembling.In this paper,working principle and structure design are introduced for feeding and assembling the weave washer.It is approved by application that this design is of simple structure,low lost and good practicability.Moreover,it is convenient to adjust in case of every movement if of adjustable mechanism. |
