| 摘 要： | 本文在阐述财务杠杆一般原理的基础上，对财务杠杆的使用条件进行了深入研究。结合量本利分析给出了财务杠杆所要求的最低生产规模。系统分析了财务杠杆和营业杠杆复合作用下股份盈利模型的使用条件及应用价值。
