摘    要:本文在模拟飞机装配连接中螺栓实际受力工况实际的基础上,对在某型飞机装配连接时所使用的 所使用的30CrmnsiA 螺栓纹根据部处的表面裂纹在拉-拉载荷下应力强度因子K进行了初步研究。

Abstract:The behaviour of surface cracks in the thread grooVe of bots, subjected to axial tension tension loading directly applied by the nut, were experimented and estirnaed.Firstly the equations for stress intensity factor are developed by means of analogy for surfacecracks in the thread ground of bolts under such condition. Experiments are conducted tostudy the fracture and growth behavior of suffoce cracks in the 30 CrmnsiA bots loaded bytension. The stress intensity factors are comared between the analytical whution and esperimenul results. A gdri agreetment is achieved between the experimental results and analytical solution evaluated by using the stress intensity factors equation derived by the author.
