空气循环制冷设备状态监测与故障诊断系统设计

摘    要:该空气循环制冷设备用于飞机机上环境控制系统不工作状态时,向飞机提供给定温度和湿度的空气,达到降温或除湿的目的。在对该设备工作原理进行深入研究的基础上,针对其热力性能故障,选取了30个监测参数,并采用故障树分析方法,设计了该设备的状态监测与故障诊断系统。这里主要介绍了该系统的状态监测与故障诊断原理、主要功能、及其硬件设计和软件设计。该系统能够快速、准确地确定故障部位,提高维修效率。

Abstract:This air circulating refrigeration equipment is used to supply ordered temperature and humidity air for airplane to slow down temperature and humidity when airplane environment control system doesn't work.Based on the deep research of the air circulating refrigeration equipment's working principle,30 monitoring parameters were choosed to monitor performance fault,and fault tree analysis method has been adopt to monitor and diagnose the equipment condition.This paper mainly introduces the monitoring and diagnosis principle,the primary functions and the hardware and software design.This system can find the fault part quickly and accurately,advance the engineering maintenance efficiency.
