摘    要:主要研究湍流强度对航空发动机轴心通风器分离效率的影响。采用计算流体力学(CFD)的方法对轴心通风器内部流场进行模拟,获得了内部流场的湍流强度等参数,并计算了通风器的油气分离效率。由于流场的复杂性,决定了很难得到分离效率受流场参数影响的规律。而相关性分析给我们提供了一种方法。应用线性回归理论对数据进行分析,得到回归方程。根据回归分析的结果可知,各组数据的分析结果均具有正相关性。通风器内腔段和通风管段分离效率随湍流强度的增加而不同程度增加。通风器内腔段分离效率受湍流强度影响明显,而通风管分离效率受湍流强度的影响不明显。所得结论可为轴心通风器结构优化提供参考。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies influences of turbulence intensity on the oil - gas separation efficiency of the shaft center breather. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is applied to simulate the gas/oil two -phase flow in the shaft center breather. Turbulence intensity and separation efficiency were obtained through simulation. Regular results were difficult to obtain from the simulation to determine the effect of tur- bulence intensity on the separation efficiency because of the complex flow field. Correlation analysis method provides a new way in the data analysis, and some regressive equations were obtained by this method. The results of the analysis in each group showed positive linear correlation. The separation efficiency of inner cavity of shaft center breather and that of draft flue increased as turbulence intensity increased, with the in- crease in the separation efficiency of inner cavity more significant. The conclusions obtained may provide a reference for the improvement of shaft center breather design to raise separation efficiency.
