螺栓联接结构振动特性有限元分析方法的研究

摘    要:复杂的联接结构是由多个子结构组合而成,从而形成接触面。研究表明,其接触刚度显著影响系统的动力学特性。以螺栓联接结构的“L”形实验件为例,利用有限元软件建立了系统的粘结结合面模型和罚函数法接触模型,获得了系统固有频率以及振型,对比实验结果,分析了不同建模方式对系统振动特性的影响。

Abstract:Complicated connecting structures are composed of several substructures, forming the interface. Study shows that the contact stiffness has a significant influence on the dynamic characteristics of the sys- tem. In this paper, with an example of "L" bolted connection, an adhesion joint model and an Augmented Lagrange method finite element model are set up, getting the natural frequency of the system and the normal modes. Using the finite element software, the influence of different normal modes on the vibration charac- teristics of the system is analyzed.
