基于三维的波纹管CAD/CAPP集成系统开发

摘    要:针对企业提高波纹管产品设计效率和减少设计差错的需要,基于SolidWorks用VisualBa-sic6.0开发了波纹管CAD/CAPP集成系统,采用Access数据库存储所需要的工艺数据。该系统能够根据EJMA和GB12777标准设计波纹管参数,根据设计结果自动生成波纹管三维模型、工程图纸和波纹管工艺卡。所形成的图纸和工艺卡可以用交互方式进行修改以满足具体需要。

Abstract:The bellows CAD/CAPP integrated system was developed by using Visual Basic6.0 based on SolidWorks platform and the access database is established to store process data,which can meet the need of enterprise to improve design efficiency and decrease design mistakes.This system can design bellows parameters according EJMA and GB12777 standard.These parameters can be used to generate bellows 3D model,drawing paper and processing card automatically.All the functions have been integrated in SolidWorks software environment.The drawing paper and process card can be modified annually to satisfy special demand.
