| 摘 要： | 现代化是人类社会的一次历史性变革．任何国家都无法游离于这一历史进程之外，当然这也包括俄国。但是，俄国的历史发展与西欧国家相比，有许多不同之处，其现代化过程也有着其特殊性的一面。通过从经济和政治两个方面来分析俄国的现代化之路，希望能借此说明，直到1917年，俄国并未完成其现代化这一历史重任。

| Abstract: | Modernization is a historic change in human society. Any country cannot dissociate from this historic procession. As an outstanding country, Russia has special owned features in different historic periods, but the procession of modernization in Russia is the same as other countries.This paper focuses on analyzing the modernization procession in Russia from two aspects: economy and policy. After the analyzing, it draws the conclusion: until 1917, Russia did not complete the historic task of modernization. |
