| 摘 要： | 在广泛参考了国内外关于语音识别技术研究及其应用的优秀论文和著作后，简单介绍了语音识别技术及其算法。在熟悉了微软的语音开发工具包的基础上，汲取其中和本项目相关的部分，具体描述了完成机器人手术网络遥控系统中的语音识别部分的方法和实现的步骤。利用开发工具Microsoft VC 6．0和Microsoft Speech API 5．1，通过一个具体实例对机器人手术网络遥控系统中的语音识别部分作了较详细的论述。

| Abstract: | It introduces the speech recognition's technology and algorithm simply, referred to the excellent papers and articles, which discuss the research and application of speech recognition's technology at home or abroad. On the well knowing of Microsoft speech development toolkit, drawing the correlative knowledge from the toolkit, it describes the method and performing steps to finish the speech recognition of remote robot surgery through network, and with an active surgery, using the development tool: Microsoft VC++ 6.0 and Microsoft Speech API 5.1, it discusses the part of speech recognition of remote robot surgery through network clearly. |
