高校教师教学质量评价体系及方法初探

摘    要:教学质量是高校的生命线。但由于在考核制度中片面强调科研的重要性,缺乏科学的教学质量评价体系和方法。很多高校教师对教学投入的主动性和积极性不高,教学质量的监控已经是高校管理中一个很棘手的难题,教学质量的下滑已成为人们普遍关心的问题。根据当前高校教师教学质量评价体系和方法的现状,提出了高校教师教学质量评价体系的全面性和综合性,教学质量评价方法的多维性和动态性的观点。

Abstract:Teaching quality is the lifeline of higher education.But due to undue emphasis on scientific research works and lack of scientific appraisal system und appraisal means of teaching quality,teachers' initiative and enthusiasm are influenced greatly.The Monitor procedure of teaching quality has been a knotty problem,the dropping of teaching quality has been a general concerned subject.According to present situation of higher education school,the writer put forward an comprehensive and integrated teaching quality appraisal system,a multi-dimensional and the dynamic appraisal proposal.
