多工位级进模冲裁型面尺寸计算

摘    要:多工位级进模通常含有大量的冲裁工序,与单工序的模具不同。在现代模具工业中有广泛的应用,适于大批量生产。多工位级进模生产出来的工件为分步切边完成,而非通常的采用落料工艺。本文针对级进模的加工特点,给出了级进模中落料、冲孔、切边刃口尺寸的计算方法和公差选取,特别对切边刃口尺寸进行了详细的论述。通过准确地型面计算与条料排样设计,才能得到质量较高的制件。

Abstract:The multi-step progressive die usually contains lots of punch procedure ,which differs from single procedure die. It is widely used in modern die machine industry and fits volume-produce, its workpiece is punched by steps not usual cutting. Aiming at the manufacture character of progressive die, the calculation means and tolerance range on blanking, punching and cutting blades are presented in the paper, especially, the dimensions of cutting blades are discussed in details.By precision counting and layout design, a well-done workpiece can be gained.
