| Abstract: | It is a problem for computer science major how to challenge the depression of employment and to improve the amount and quality of employment,which is also most universities pay attention to.Based on employment statement analysis as well as some findings on common problems of university students,we probe into the aspect of students cultivation,accession direction,market exploitation,self study behavior,diathesis education and so on,bring forward some countermeasures and measures. |
