| 摘 要： | 随着独立学院的快速发展,加强独立学院师资队伍建设也成为了独立学院工作中的重点。从独立学院师资队伍组成的方面入手,分析当前师资队伍的特点和制约因素,提出了建立高素质的师资队伍的基本构想,建立合理的、适合独立学院的师资管理制度,以促进教师队伍的建设与发展,为提高学院的教学水平基定牢固的基础。
