可移动式风蚀风洞的设计与研究

摘    要:可移动式风蚀风洞是对土壤进行抗风蚀能力测试研究的一种有力工具。所设计的风蚀风洞全长15.9 m,其中实验段长7.7 m,平均分为7段,入口截面长宽均为0.9 m;收缩段长1.2 m,收缩比为2;风洞内风速在0~20 m/s范围内连续可调,转角段的创新设计能够是风洞有均匀的流场。风洞的各个部分易于连接和拆分,以便于野外科学研究时移动和运输的功能。经过运行测试和风速廓线实验,空风洞下风洞的各项气动性能指标已经达到设计标准,该风洞已经投入到科研实验中。

Abstract:Movable wind tunnel is a powerful tool to test resistance of land surface soil to wind erosion.A movable wind tunnel is designed,whose total length is 15.9m.The experiment section,composed of seven subsections,is about 7.7m,with the inlet size of 0.9m × 0.9m.The contraction section is 1.2m long with a contraction ratio of 2.0.The wind speed can be adjusted continuously within the range of 0~20m/s.The innovative turnal section provides steady wind flow in the steady section.Easily assembled and disassembled,the wind tunnel is ready to move and transport when used in fields.Wind profile tests show that the tunnel's aerodynamic performance specifications come up to the design standard.The tunnel has already been put into service.
