摘    要:利用计算机辅助设计三分支阻抗调配器。对于某些特殊的负载阻抗,双分支阻抗调配器将不能实现阻抗匹配(称为不可调配问题)。利用三分支阻抗调配器,可解决双分支阻抗调配器的不可调配问题。三分支阻抗调配器的传统设计方法是利用史密斯圆图进行图解设计。计算机辅助设计(CAD)可以提高三分支阻抗调配器的设计精度。

Abstract:This paper deals with computer aided design(CAD)of three-branch impedance tuners.For some special load impedances,a three-branch impedance tuner can solve the problem of impedance matching which will not be realized by using a two-branch impedance tuner.Traditionally,the three-branch impedance tuners are designed by using Smith diagram.The CAD makes the design of three-branch impedance tuner more accurate than the traditional method.
