Mechanical working of composites is a special technical problem This paper disscus-es the principle and adventages of high -pressure water cutting method use for composites. Brief introduction of the components of cutting equipment and the main method of theoretical calculation were made. The values given by theoretical calculation were compared also. Finally ,the expension and foreground of the application fields of this technique was indicated .
