| 摘 要： | ERP(Enterprlse Resources Planning企业资源计划)是指建立在信息技术的基础上，以系统化的管理思想，为企业决策层及员工提供决策运行手段的管理平台。ERP系统集信息技术与先进的管理思想于一身，成为现代企业的运行模式，反映时代对企业合理调配资源、最大化地创造社会财富的要求，成为企业在信息时代生存、发展的基石。对ERP发展现状及其未来可能的发展趋势的研究，可为企业顺利实施ERP提供依据。

| Abstract: | ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) was first put forward and applied by American entrepreneurs. The core of ERP is planning. ERP based on the IT technology and systematic management ideology provides a decision-making and management platform for the board of directors and employees. ERP is composing of IT technology and advanced management ideology. ERP has become the function pattern of modern enterprise and the basis for enterprise to servive and to devalop in IT. ERP reflects that times demands enterprise to prepare resources with reason and to increase social wealth maximized. The study of the past course and future trend of ERP provides a certain basis for enterprise to carry out ERP successfully. |
