知识管理技术在教育资源库建设中的应用研究

资源库是远程教育和网络化学习的基础，也是制约远程教育发展的瓶颈。目前的资源库是以“物”为主的静态资源库，不能最大限度地满足学习者的学习需要。为了支持学习者的决策和促进学习者的知识建构，应用知识管理技术建设教育资源库势在必行。知识管理的目的是完成隐性知识和显性知识的转化。应用于教育资源库建没的知识管理技术主要包括深度标引技术，知识挖掘技术和知识关联技术。在资源库建设中，可以通过建立知识管理流程作为利用知识管理技术的切人点。通过利用知识管理技术，可以挖掘学习者身上的隐性知识，促进知识的共享与交流，建设以流动生成、不断更新为特征的动态资源库。

Application study of knowledge management technology in the developing of educational resource database

Educational resource database is the groundwork of distance education and network learning and also the bottleneck of their developing .At present educational resource database is made up of static information and can't satisfy learners' need completely. In order to support the policy decision and to promote the knowledge construction of learners, the applying of knowledge management is extremely urgent. The aim of knowledge management is to accomplish the transform of tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge. Knowledge management technology used in educational resource database includes deeper index technology, knowledge excavating technology and knowledge relating technology. Establishing Knowledge management process wowld be a cutting-in point.Using knowledge management technology, tacit knowledge of learner's can be excavated and the share and communication of knowledge can be accelerated. Dynamic and regenerative resource database should be developed .
