摘    要:提出了一种应用于飞机非金属曲面零件简便实用的展开方法。基于CATIA V5系统环境下,应用可展直纹面分块拟合零件定义复杂曲面,将零件三维轮廓按拟合直纹面进行分块展开,所得的分块展开轮廓在二维工程图纸环境中依据给定的规则拼接成零件完整展开图形,实现此类非金属曲面零件的展开。分析了展开方法产生的误差,给出了实用的展开精度控制方法,实现了在未进行二次开发情况下,获得满足此类零件工程制造精度要求的二维展开图形数据。

Abstract:This paper presents a simple and practical developing method for nonmetal curved surface aircraft parts.To develop a nonmetal curved surface part based on CATIA V5,the developable ruled surfaces are first used to fit the complex defining curved surface of the parts,and the three dimensional contour of the parts is also divided into several separated contours.According to the developable ruled surfaces,every separated contour can be developed.All the developed contours of the parts are connected to a whole one with the given rules under two dimensional drawing at last.In this paper,the errors of the developing method are analyzed and practical method to controlling the errors are presented,too.With the application of the developing method,two dimensional developing contours to satisfy the engineering precision are obtained without the further development of CATIA V5.
