| Abstract: | Taking into account the complexity of structure, this paper analyzes the stress of the gear shaft by use of the finite element method. The distribution of stress, the ranges of stress concentration and the results for the actual deformation of this gear shaft are determined by FEA. The result in the paper are significant for improving the design of the gear shaft. |
