| 摘 要： | 本文针对步进式加热炉，提出对温度设定值采用数模优化控制，建立了钢坯加热过程在线控制数学模型，以便精确控制钢坯出炉温度和温度均匀性，达到提高产量和节约能源的目的。

| Abstract: | In this paper,using mathematical model optimizing control on temperature setpoint of walking reheating furnace is put forward, and an on-line control mathematical model for billet thermal process is built.It is possible to accureately control the delivery temperature and its homogeneity of the billets. |
