RQL模型燃烧室流动场的数值研究

摘    要:研究低污染燃烧富油燃烧/快速淬熄/贫油燃烧(RQL)技术,根据其技术关键点设计初步的模型燃烧室。并对孔位置和淬熄段的流动面积对流场影响进行数值模拟,同时根据模拟结果对燃烧室进行了优化设计;得出孔位置在z=100mm到120mm处较好,缩颈结构有利于NOx减低。计算中入口边界参数采用质量流量入口,考虑了湍流化学反应、热辐射等模型。

Abstract:The lower pollutant emissions technique of Rich-Quench-Lean is studied this paper,a combustor model on the basis of key technique of RQL is designed,orifice position and reduced flow area is simulated by CFD.According to the simulation result,the combustor design is optimized.The orifice position is allocated between 100mm and 120mm,reduced flow areas is benefit to reduce NOx.the numerical simulation condition including chemical reaction,heat radiation and others models.
