航空发动机涡轮转子叶片-盘耦合共振特性分析

摘    要:首先使用UG软件对某型航空发动机涡轮转子单个叶片和叶片-轮盘进行三维实体建模;然后应用有限元ANSYS软件计算不同边界条件下单个叶片和叶片-轮盘在典型转速下的固有频率及振动特性;最后根据计算结果绘制Campbell图,并进行频率裕度和共振特性分析。

Abstract:In this paper,vibration models of a turbine bladed-discs and a single rotor blade are built using the UG software.Finite element analysis using software ANSYS is performed to analyze their natural frequences and vibration characteristics.The data obtained are drawn in Campbell diagram so that the frequency security margin and resonance characteristics are analyzed.
