| 摘 要： | 目前,国内各个高校纷纷实施学分制改革,并且将创新学分制作为学分制改革的新的切入点。通过对国内部分高校实施创新学分制实际情况的分析,尝试阐明创新学分制的涵义、并为其构建理论基础。
