| 摘 要： | 随着高校研究生招生规模不断扩大,研究生思想政治教育重要性日益突出,对高校研究生辅导员队伍建设提出了更高要求。从辅导员队伍构成、工作方式、工作内容、未来发展等方面,对研究生辅导员工作现状展开问卷调查,发现由于面临压力大、专业培训少、未来发展受限等原因,导致研究生辅导员队伍稳定性弱、专业技能欠缺、创新能力弱、工作投入有限等问题。结合研究生工作特点,提出相应的研究生辅导员队伍建设对策。

| Abstract: | Since the postgraduate enrollment continues to expand,college counselors face higher requirements in their competence.By analyzing the result of the questionnaire conducted among postgraduate counselors about structures,pressure,working content and development,this paper presents some rmeasures-to improve efficiency and effectiveness and reduce attrition rates-to foster the development of postgraduate counselors. |
