文化反哺：大学生过度社会化与辅导员嵌入性行为研究

社会文化变迁将会更新社会文化的内容体系,影响社会文化的传承方式。当今社会中80后、90后大学生已经出现了社会化程度过高或社会化速度加快的趋势,过度社会化导致在大学生群体中出现与其年龄阶段不符的思想与行为,影响了大学生社会化的顺利开展,不利于高校思想政治教育的顺利开展。本文以文化反哺现象为视角,探讨在大学生过度社会化进程中辅导员的嵌入性行为模式,以期为新时期高校思想政治教育改革与发展提供新思路。

Culture feedback: a study on the over-socialization of university students and the embedded behavior of counselors

Social and cultural changes will update the content of the social and cultural systems,and impact the cultural heritage.Nowadays university students are increasingly over-socialized at higher speed,which will result in the thinking and behavior inconsistent with their age.Over-socialization will affect the successful socialization,and it is not conducive to ideological and political education.This paper discusses the embedded patterns of the counselors＇ behavior in perspective of the cultural feedback.It will provide new ideas about the political education reform and development.
