摘    要:针对导弹与目标相遇时刻引信产生的高速信号的数据分析需求,提出了一种基于延迟发送的遥测采编技术。数据采集采用了缓存后延迟发送的方式,在所需信号的特征未满足发送要求前,对数据通道持续检测,并将采集到的数据缓存入RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存取存储器)中,此时发送其余信号的遥测数据;当所需信号满足发送要求后,立即中断其余信号的发送,将RAM中存储的数据读出并发送:这样不仅降低了系统码速率,还可以避免高码速率实时发送带来的不利影响。数据编码采用了分层量化的方式,提高了数据分析时较为关注的小幅度信号的分辨率。该遥测采编技术方案具有缩短研制周期、节约研制成本、降低技术风险的优点,并在飞行试验中得到成功应用。

Abstract:A telemetry acquisition and coding technology based on delayed transmission is presented to meet the requirements of data analysis of high speed signals produced by the fuse at the moment a missile encounters its target.Data acquired is cached for delayed transmission.Before signal signatures meet transmission requirements, the data channels are continually detected.The data is cached in RAM (Random Access Memory) while telemetry datas of other signals are sent.When transmission conditions are met,the transmission of other telemetry signals is intermitted and the data cached in the RAM is read out from the RAM and transmitted.This not only lowers data rate of the system, but also minimizes negative impact of realtime transmission of high rate data.Hierarchical quantization is used in data coding and resolution of low amplitude signals, which is of more concern in data analysis, is increased.Such a telemetry acquisition and coding scheme has the advantages of shortened R&D (Research and Development) cycle, reduction of R&D cost and low technical risks.The scheme has been successfully used in flight tests.
