A Research on the Application of Bootstrap Method and Its Application in the Accuracy Assessment

In test appraisal, the bootstrap method is a good small sampling method. After briefly expounding the bootstrap method, th is paper thoroughly analyzes a few problems in its application, such as the acqu isition means of resample, the account of resample, the number of each sample an d the bound of its application, then gives the steps of its application. Finally , the merits of bootstrap method are pointed out through the comparison of the a pplication effect between bootstrap method and fall-probability-small-samplin g method in accuracy assessment.
