基于滤波器方法的非线性系统故障诊断准确率的机理分析

摘    要:提高诊断准确率是非线性系统故障诊断的重要目标之一。从非线性滤波的角度,系统地分析了线性化误差和模型误差对诊断准确率的影响。首先揭示了线性化误差及模型误差两因素对非线性滤波性能的影响机理,接着通过计算非线性系统故障的后验条件熵,以及错误率的Bhattacharyya上界,从机理上证实提高非线性滤波精度对于提高故障诊断准确率的意义。

Abstract:To improve the accuracy rate is one aim of the fault diagnosis of nonlinear system.This paper analyzes thoroughly from the angle of the nonlinear filter the influence of linearization and model error on the diagnostic accuracy rate.The mechanism of the influence of the linearization and model error on filter performances is analyzed firstly,then the posterior condition entropy of the fault of nonlinear system and the Bhattacharyya bound of error rate are calculated,so the better filter performance is proved to be significant to the improvement of the diagnostic accuracy rate.
