摘    要:半球谐振陀螺仪受到温度影响产生漂移。针对半球谐振陀螺组合设计了一套基于脉宽调制的温控系统。通过对陀螺组合温控方式的选取、均匀对称性结构设计、热模型建模,利用FPGA对陀螺仪进行温控系统设计。实验表明,温控系统精度为±0.1℃,满足陀螺性能要求。
