浅论铝合金真空钎焊机箱的应用和加工

摘    要:本文阐述了真空钎焊技术的优点及铝合金真空钎焊机箱的应用和加工的重要性,突出了机载装备中真空钎焊的必要性。其次,本文以某型号机箱为例,围绕着铝合金真空钎焊机箱加工的四个方面详细地加以介绍、描述和总结了加工工艺及要点。最后,本文指出了铝合金真空钎焊机箱能够提升航空电子系统的整体效能,只有通过提高工艺水平,规范生产流程,才能确保机载电子设备机箱的生产和质量稳定,提高生产效益。

Abstract:Firstly, this paper expounded on the advantages of vacuum brazing technology and the importance of application and processing of vacuum brazing aluminum alloy chassis, with the emphasis on the necessity of vacuum brazing in airborne equipment. Secondly, taking a certain type of chassis as an example, this paper introduced, described and summarized the processing technology and key point of vacuum brazing process of aluminum alloy chassis in four aspects. Finally, it was pointed out that vacuum brazing aluminum alloy chassis was able to improve the overall effectiveness of avionics system, only by improving the technological level, and standardizing the production process, in order to ensure the production and quality of airborne electronic equipment chassis, and improve production efficiency.
