| 摘 要： | 通过金属橡胶与普通橡胶的比较，介绍了金属橡胶的优越性。金属橡胶以聚四氟乙烯或铜做包皮组合构成的密封件，是特种工况下橡胶密封件的最佳替代产品。针对航空航天的需求，研制开发了几种适合于空间环境用金属橡胶隔振器及金属橡胶密封构件，并进行了相应的实验研究及性能分析。研究结果对金属橡胶构件的进一步推广应用具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The advantage of metal rubber(MR) is introduced in this paper through comparison of MR with normal rubber. Metal Rubber rings enveloped by Teflon or brass cover can be used in sealing condition, and will be the best substitutions of rubber sealing rings under extreme conditions. In this paper, several MR isolators and sealing rings applied to aircraft engine have been developed, and the relative experimental and theoretical research have been explored for aviation and space purpose. The research results are valuable for further application of MR components. |
