加力燃烧室壁温测量试验研究

摘    要:加力燃烧室燃烧段的壁温对飞机和发动机的安全关系重大,单靠数值计算是很不够的,目前主要靠测试取得。燃烧段通常是双层壁,加风罩则为三层。本文介绍了内外壁和风罩的温度测量方法及其试验研究。该方法对加力燃烧室的研制具有重要意义,无论是对于新机还是批生产发动机都有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:The wall temperature of combustion section for an afterburner is significantly related to the safety of an aircraft and aeroengine.It will be not enough if only relying on the numerical calculation.The data currently used is mainly obtained from instrumentation.The combustion section generally consists of double-layer walls,with an additional ventilator jacket together being three layers.Measurement method and test investigation of temperature for the inner/outer walls and jacket are described in the paper.The method is of great importance to the development of afterburner.It is an important reference to both new engine and engine in production.
